At Lini Secrets, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We carefully inspect and pack every order to ensure quality. However, if you face any issue, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Due to the intimate nature of lingerie, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • Original tags, packaging, and hygiene seals (if applicable) are intact

  • The request is made within 3 days of receiving the order

Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used or washed lingerie

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Size Exchange Policy

If you have received the wrong size or need a size exchange:

  • Size exchanges are allowed once per order

  • Customer must contact us within 3 days of delivery

  • Product must meet eligibility conditions

  • Shipping charges may apply for exchange

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos of the issue

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or suitable solution

Refund Policy

Currently, Lini Secrets does not offer cash refunds.
Approved cases will be handled through:

  • Product replacement

  • Size exchange

  • Store credit (if applicable)
